We DO NOT sell tickets in advance for any of our regular matinee or evening shows. The box office opens approximately 30 minutes prior to each published show time, and shows start promptly.

For certain special shows that are specifically marked as having advance ticket sales, we offer the following purchase options:

• Tickets can be purhased online via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to purchase tickets here).

• Tickets can be purchased at the box office during business hours. Please remember, The Grand DOES NOT accept credit cards at the box office! Tickets can only be purchased with cash, check, or money order.

Please note there are no refunds on advance ticket sales.
